I recently made this my main optometry, and certainly am glad for it. Had my first stuck contact in many years, and they professionally resolved it. Shoutout to the quick resolution and friendly staff for getting me in.

The doctor is very kind, patient, and knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. The entire process—from check-in to the visit—was smooth and well-organized. The front desk and back-office staff were professional, friendly, and very helpful. I had a great experience overall.

Update: we picked up our new glasses and they are all perfect! I still can't believe we only paid $150 for 4 pairs of glasses and 4 exams!! Plus, when we went to pick them up the staff helped fit my sunglasses better even though they didn't come from their office. Amazing service! Love love LOVE this office! After Costco's optical department kept dropping my call I turned to good ol' Google and thankfully Dr Mak's office popped up. The entire staff is so wonderful. It was my two teenagers first real eye exam and I'm so glad it was with them! The guy helping us choose frames, Alex? Maybe?, was so helpful. He was able to show us what frames were covered and about our insurance benefits. Just SO helpful! 1000% recommend Irvine Optometry!

My exam was super thorough. The Dr. really took her time finding the right prescription for me and Alexander helped me find some great frames and took his time explaining all the different lens coverage options. I walked out extremely happy!

Love this place! The customer service is excellent, and everyone is knowledgeable and attentive to patients’ needs. The doctor examined my eyes very carefully and gave me great advice on how to take care of them. I felt very comfortable in the clean, welcoming office. Highly recommend!

I purchased a pair of eyeglasses here. Everyone that helped me was very kind and extremely helpful. They answered each of my questions thoroughly and with patience. They had a decent variety of lenses and I was able to get a pair of glasses for noticeably less than other places. Great experience here!
